I was without a refrigerator for just under a month due to the fact that I could not speak with anyone except the main agents who all present with a language barrier and offer nothing in resolution. In addition, appointments were 7-10 days apart even while parts sat at my house waiting. There is absolutely no human being that is available to speak with (except online chat who are also of no help) and concern for customers is the lowest I've ever know. Press 1 if you didn't understand my frustration! Never again!

He could not do the work because of missing serial number. Ryan was helpful and polite and professional and explained things well. He called AHS and arranged for them to get another contractor here. Also arrived on time. Definitely 5 stars.
