Peter called early on and informed me of his ETA. He was right on the dot! He came in, assessed the situation with my frig. Peter explained the price of his visit as well as the discount if I purchased the Service contract through Sears. It was a no brainer for me as my appliances are all Kenmore and dated. Thanks Peter for sharing and saving me money for this one year contract that covers just about everything. Peter is an excellent technician, with a TOP score of 5 on a scale of 1 to 5. Thanks for being prompt, calling ahead of time, and for sharing on the price of the service as well as the discount with the purchase of the contract.
