Took almost 3 weeks
I made Sears aware that my ice maker and freezer weren't working. When Dwight came 3 weeks ago, he didn't have the right parts - took one week for them to arrive and another week to wait for appointment. I threw out over $600 in food! Come with the parts you might need please. He also never texted as my number was wrong on his information but correct when I called Sears

Get rid of the computers not everyone knows how to use them and not everyone is 30 years old. I'm 80 everything you want on the computer you don't save money. You just lose customers.

Repair of Kenmore Microwave
Delroy analyzed the microwave problem (door latch equipment), made the repair, tested the unit, reset the time on the unit and was out the door in about 30 minutes. He even found a way to reduce the cost of the repair. I could not have been more pleased with his professionalism, ability, and customer orientation.

Refrigerator technician
Technician was able to defrost the ice that built up in the fridge…did a good job on it. However , the new problem occurred as he was leaving the fridge started making noise indicating that the door is not closed properly. The technician told me that he is hoping that the beeping will stop once the fridge reaches desired temperature. I'll keep you posted whether it does and that's the reason for 3 stars.

dishwasher repair
workmanship is excellent, technician very polite. But your appt. scheduling is atrocious. I had to get up at 6am because your appt. was from 7am to 11 am. Never showed. Opened up my computer and found a message (you wouldn't call me) saying appt. was now for 2:07 pm. No show. Received a phone call saying appt. was not between 3 and 4 pm. He did show up then. Then I had an appt. to repair my ice maker and I had to sit all day. The appt was from 8am to 5pm. Ridicious.
