Dwight Samsung refrigerator repair
Dwight's service was excellent. He was on time, diagnosed and explained the problem quickly, determined that he had the necessary parts to proceed, disassembled the unit and laid out the parts safely and positioned so that I could clean them, worked quickly and efficiently to minimize heating the unit, and checked and emptied the ice bucket (which I could not remove as it was iced up). He checked the display to ensure the unit would return to the right temperature and cleaned up and removed used parts efficiently. And...he was friendly and courteous.
