GE Profile Glass Induction Cooktop issue

Same day service call and Technician Dwight was timely and communicative. Quickly identified the cause of the ice maker and dispenser malfunctions and provided the total cost of service. Made the repair and even spent almost spent 20 minutes chipping at all the ice build up from the dripping water in the freezer preventing us from having to unplug the refrigerator for it to thaw out. Dwight was pleasant and friendly making a bad situation a little easier to cope with. It wasn't a cheap repair but good appliances shouldn't breakdown often. Fingers crossed.
