bad for customer service and the way he treated my appliance

I had a very unpleasant experience with Mr. Fiallo. this past Thursday october 19th, 2023. He came to my house and worked on my GE Fridge that was already diagnosed and parts ordered by another SEARS Service on October 11th, 2023. Fiallo was supposed to follow up and replaced the parts; however, instead of replacing them, he left my Fridge even worse and all original parts broken and isolated from the system. He troubleshoot and told me that he will replace the compressor, Drier Assy., and valve. He cut the cooper lines and removed the original valves and compressor, but couple hours later he came to me and said that my fridge issue is not the compressor, it was not diagnosed right. He pick his tools and left everything apart. According to the first service tech that diagnosed it, he stated that Fiallo was supposed to installed my original compressor and everything he removed back into my fridge. but he left and left my fridge in a worse condition. If the problem wasn't the compressor, I don't understand why he didn't installed everything back. He wanted me to sign for the bad service he did and his bad attitude didn't help either. I refused to signed. I need my Fridge parts removed by him back in the fridge if that was not the problem.

Repair costs more than a new fridge. 🤬🤬🤬 Charge for your ride out is totally unfair!!!!!

you guys charge 3x the on line price for parts and insane fee for labor. Such a rip off!

Very Bad Technician

First appointment, he came at 5:00pm and guessing the problem cause by the main board, I waited for 10 days for him to come back and fix it. After 10 days, another technician came at 8:00pm and said the main board is good, the problem is compressor. Then he promised to come back on next 5 days with the part. Then today , Aug 15th, the first technician come and said he had the part with him, But after he calls someone the He said he doesn't have part with him, he had to order it . This is playing game at here. Worst experience ever seen. I took my day off 3 times to wait for their late coming and do nothing for the job. Other than that, this morning when the first technician come , he is in his car for an hour on phone. Do you wanna hire someone to do these for you ? Please very careful for these kind of scams.

Refrigerator repair

Do not deal with this company. Impossible to reach by phone. When you finally get through on the phone the service is less than poor. They serviced my Samsung refrigerator which was working, and now the refrigerator is completely non-functional. Use these people at your own risk.
