Poor service call
Arrived very late at 5:00pm after an 8-4 window time. Told us something entirely different was wrong with the refrigerator after the technician that was sent last week by Sears Home Warranty. Now I don't trust thst the repair will work . Also charged us for cleaning coils which I feel should have been part of the service call. Also never even tried yo see if repair was ok …. I will probably drop the warranty plan if this is how the Sears Home Warranty operates …. Better off keeping that $60+/ month payment towards replacement costs.

He was supposed to repair the panel on the washer, and was working on the dryer. He eventually went to the washer after my husband told him.

Technician personable enough but the job isn't done!
Low rating is only due to my refrigerator still being incapacitated, and again I'm waiting for parts. Two installed today, and now waiting on at least three more. That alone makes this less than an enjoyable experience.

Showed up and left
Technician showed up past the time window. Siad he could not work on fridge because it was not in main house and left. The company serviced 2 other times. It is not working from Previous repair.

Poor communication and fraud
I was given 10 percentage off but I was lied to and I didn't know I was talking with ai robot, I want to talk to live person not ai. I am deaf and using American Sign Language. They said the average cost is 200-400 but repair would cost more than 800. The tech stayed less than 5 mins but longer for payment. It was more of selling than repairing. It is scam. I want refund.

Failed diagnosis of a a refrigerator malfunction
After already purchasing a replacement refrigerator after he told me the repair would be $1000 on a two year old Samsung refrigerator, my investigation revealed that the likely problem was either an evaporator fan of simply over icing. The bottom two shelfs of the freezer were still functional when the rest of the unit was not. He didn't even check. His incomplete evaluation costs me $1200 for a new unit I didnt need. Very frustrating. Hard to believe he is associated with Sears.

Bad services
It is very easy and simple, because visually one cannot give a diagnosis, one has to uncover the items to see if a part needs repair or not, that was what your worker did, he only came visually and said that it was a spare part that was damaged, the magician

Your whole company stinks! Horrible!
Impossible to get a human response from you except a non-English speaking boiler-room agent who knows nothing and never gets back with promised answers. Technician lied as to appointment date and was sloppy when he finally did the repair a month late. I had to get him to correct two problems with his repair before he could get to his van. Zero stars out of five. Do not expect any more business from me or anyone I can influence. Your whole company stinks!

We ask he to do a check out for our refrigerator and he just said no necessary or not on my note from work ?? What we call for something particular but the refrigerator got fixed for him self but we will likely to know what happens and he said is working now so is ok ??? WHAT
