My a/c system is going on 15 years old. I think the system should be replaced rather than repaired but that's your decision for now.

What I did not like is you telling me the appointment is from 8 am to 5 pm. I would expect you to have called me to set up the appointment within a 4 hour window. This all day wait is for the birds. My warranty co. Choice set up an appointment with you without my knowledge on 7/27 for 7 am to 11 am. They said it could not be changed. I don't get up that early. No show. You e-mailed me and said he will be here at 2:07 pm when the 7 to 11 hrs. were up. No show. Then you called & said he will be here between 3 & 4 p.m. He did come. But I had to get up at 6:00 to get ready for to wait for something that didn't happen. Beatrice LeVan

The gentleman was very nice and seemed very knowledgeable and showed me where they don't carry the parts for all the washing machines and dryers even though they look brand new beautiful burgundy so the problem was my dryer no longer worked and I can I have a washer and dryer that doesn't match so I will buy a new set
