James is always great. Has been to my house before. Diagnosed problem. Cleaned A/C coil. Tried to order new one, but couldn't. In the end, there was nothing else he could do. I need a whole new system.

Verley came to my home today. He was competent, polite, and friendly. In short, he was the consummate professional. The only thing that could have been improved was that when I asked for his business card, he didn't have one to give me. I don't know if he was out of them or if he doesn't use them. In any case, I was pleased with his service. He ordered some parts for my washing machine, which should arrive in a couple of weeks. I hope that he will be the one to return to install them in the machine.
