Dwight was personable, professional, and knowledgeable. He thoroughly explained all the options including the pros and cons of the sears warranty towards the current refrigerator I have. Since I was unable to be present at the time of his visit (my mom was there) he graciously spoke with me over the phone. Dwight is asset to his employer they are lucky to have him.
