If you're fortunate to have Michael as your service tech you will not be disappointed. He arrived promptly, was friendly, courteous and serviced my refrigerator in a timely manner. Again, you will not be disappointed in his ability to get to diagnose the problem and, most importantly, do it in a professional manner.

Tech was prompt, efficient, and polite. Problem was because American Shield Home did not provide the info I provided to them 2 days prior to appointment regarding the make, model, and serial number of dishwasher to the technician.
