James was so professional and very knowledgeable about his trade. He installed a new evaporator in my air handler. He detected it was leaking and fixed it quickly. He checked for leaks and other problems and even evacuated the system down to remove all moisture from the lines. He didn't cut corners and double checked for leaks. You could see he actually cared and worked on my system as if it were his own. You don't see this anymore these days. He is a true asset to Sears. I only hope if I need any further repairs, I can request him to service my AC. So far my system is still blowing cold and operating fine. I am extremely happy with the service I received from James and he's a great compliment to Sears! Don't lose him! Great techs are far and few between! Give this man a pay raise!! He worth every penny!! Thank you Sears for sending him!!
