Dwight was excellent and really worked hard to fix the fridge. HOWEVER, I WILL NEVER USE SEARS AGAIN! It took over a month to get the fridge fixed after they came to access it when it broke. It was escalated three times during that month and although I was told that I would get a call back each time I NEVER received a single call. The last time I called they had told me that the work order had been completed and was closed when no one had been back to fix it. It was a nightmare. I have nothing but positive things to say about Dwight. He went above and beyond.

Donald was very professional, knowledgeable and courteous. He fixed my AC unit in a timely manner and explained everything to me very clearly! It was a pleasure to have him in my home and if I ever need Sears to come out to my home again for a service call, I will ask for Donald!!
