Had problem with my dryer and John showed up promptly at 8 am got the dryer working. But apparently there was a short that occurred after he had left. John returned later in the day and expertly disassembled the dryer, troubleshooting the problem. Fortunately he was able to get it back working with no extra charge. Thank you John!😀

Good service ; however I requested an afternoon service since I work until 5pm . The notification of the technician's arrival time was between 8 and 9am. Luckily I was home.
