Nobody came to make a repair - this is a scandal to apply for an opinion. This is a lack of shuttle to the client. We lost time to wait.

Kenmore Elite French Door refrigerator repair

Repairman was very sarcastic and not very helpful. Also, he did not fix the problem, and he could not answer my questions. Perhaps that's because it was - as HE TOLD ME - (1) his first day working for Sears; (2) his first day as an appliance repairman; (3) he had NO TRAINING in appliance repair by Sears or any other company; and (4) his only experience in appliance repair was "life experience." I told him the repairman who had come on 12/13/23 to diagnose the problem and order the necessary parts had also agreed to perform my annual maintenance check on my fridge. He knew nothing about it and refused to do so. He then told me the metal side rails that had been ordered did not fit, so he put the old, RUSTY side rails back in and then wanted to take the new ones with him when he left! I insisted on keeping them until the correct side rails were ordered and delivered to me - which he refused to do because he said "Sears doesn't cover rust." I pointed out that the rust had occurred because the seal on the freezer was bad/worn, which was why the original repairman on 12/13 had ordered the parts to begin with (AND told me the cost was covered under my Master Protection Agreement)! The icing on the cake, so to speak, is the fact that since his "repair" on 12/21/23, I have had a new issue of water forming on the top of the door on my freezer drawer - we wipe it off, but it is there again the next day. So not only did Fiallo NOT fix the problem, but to add insult to injury, he tried to sell me another appliance service contract!!

HE DID NOTHING

This technician is the third technician that can to fix our freezer. He did nothing and our freezer and now our freezer and refrigerator are NOT WORKING!!! I thought technicians were supposed to know how to repair things. We need to have our refrigerator working.

Complete Repair?

Mechanical portion of repair completed. However clogged vent was not cleared. I was told by repair man he does not do that. My question---How is the repair completed if the vent is clogged and the dryer does not work properly--Therefore repair incomplete....????
