Terrible experience
t was a terrible experience. The technician did not show me the defective part or clearly explain the issue. He stated that the heating system was causing the problem and quoted more than $300 for the part, plus over $300 in labor. Given the high cost of the repair, I felt I had no choice but to purchase a new dryer instead.

Most horrible Service experience encountered.
Technician showed up, took al look at the stove and said nothing could be done, you need a new stove. Pressed a few buttons on the control and said no parts are available. No meaningful analysis of the problem. No work was done yet wanted to be paid for showing up. This is a horrible service company, when asked to speak to his supervisor, said no live person to speak to. No one should obtain this service from sears. There are no live person to talk to if you encounter a problem. The technician appears to not be wanted to touch the product. This was a very horrible experience for me. When I called the service, the response from the no live communication, was that, if no work was done, I should not have to pay.

TOTALLY UNPROFESSIONAL
The Technician came to replace the rubber around the washer. He was in a hurry, left everything a mess. Didn't wait to see if everything was working fine and told me he had to leave because he was in a hurry that if I had a problem to call him. 10 minutes later I realized my laundry room was flooded and called him back. He told me he couldn't come back and that there was nothing he could do to call Sears. I did and it took forever to get an agent I was told that someone will call me back inmediately. No one call so this morning I waited until 11 am and called back. Now they tell me i have to wait until tomorrow to have someone come to diagnosed the problem and see. So now I have no machine and have to take a third day off from work to handle this issue. I think is terrible how they have this call centers with people that work as robots and you have to take whatever they said or you are out of luck. I am wondering who is going to be responsible for the water damage in the room.

Awful wrong inconsiderate unacceptable
Appt window was 8am-5pm. Tech left a voicemail at 1:30 that he would arrive after 4. Had to leave work to be home. Texted me at 5pm that he would not be showing up but could pay him the deductible and he would reschedule. I have the text message and voicemail from earlier. Why would I need him to reschedule when I have to go through the insurance company to do so. Tried to give him 0 stars. Doesn't deserve the 1 the system is forcing me to give. Friday in hot Florida with no AC.

Had water leak on floor at right front of kenmore refrigerator door, (unit 1+ year old), told tech my take was the freezer defrost drain line was clogged, tech could find nothing wrong and said leak was from inside refrigerator wall panel and could not be repaired, 2 hours later refrigerated began leaking water again, I took pics of puddled water outside and inside of unit showing water on interior back panel (clogged defrost drain line), called sears explained issue and rescheduled service for next day. New tech found and repaired clogged drain line. Fiallo was very professional but could not resolve the issue...
