James has to be the most honest and knowledgeable AC tech that has come to my house in years! After suffering for 2 months in the Florida heat wave with no AC after another company kept misdiagnosing the problem, James walks in and I have cool AC in 25 minutes!!! I will only request him from now on because he knows what he is doing, is quick and doesn't mess around! A++

He does or did great work, my fridge is working now. The bad news he had to come twice in30 days and I bought food 2x which got spoiled and each time he comes he does call and say he is running late. Not sure why he is always late. On the positive note he did call, but still I had to wait all day

Rawle changed out the icemaker but the leaking problem persists. He said the water pressure might be too high and we will probably need to call a plumber to reduce the water pressure in the line. So the problem persists

Okay, so the title might sound a little over the top — but trust me, it's 100% accurate. John's been here before for other service calls, and we were genuinely glad to see him back. He's thorough, friendly, focused, and knows exactly what he's doing. We do a lot of laundry in this house. My wife and son — love them — are what you'd call clean freaks. Ten minutes in the sun, and it's time for a new outfit. So yeah, our washer gets a serious workout. After John's expert repair, not only is everything running smoothly, but it actually seems quieter and better than when we bought it in 2019. No joke. My wife even said, "Maybe John should run for president." 😂 Thanks again to the John and whole Sears service team — excellent job, as always!

The technician, Orett , was courteous, prompt, and most of alll completely knowlegable with regard to our Kenmore refrigerator. We feared we would have to go out and purchase a new 'fridge, but Orett quickly diagnosed the problem, andsaid after the repair that we should get many more years of service from our Kenmore 'fridge. It was so refreshing to have a person of his caliber come here to do this repair. We highly recommend him !!
