Luis did an excellent job that ultimately resolved our problem. He determined, from his experience, that the problem could be resolved by just "flipping" the circuit breaker off and then back on instead of having to take the control panel apart. We are very happy that it turned out to be an easy "fix".

This has been a long 3 week process to hopefully, finally get the refrigerator repaired. Waiting around all day from 8 AM until 7PM on 5 separate days is really bad. I lost way more money missing work than 6 new refrigerator's would have cost. Dwight was the only bright spot in this long process.
