He was professional, personable and knew just what to do. He was the third tech sent out to fix the ice maker. He actually fixed it. How do I know? Because it has dump ice cubes twice in the past few hours. That's twice more than after the last two techs were here.

I would not hesitate to have John fix any appliance in my home. John knew exactly what was wrong with my clothes dryer whereas 3 others before John failed to diagnose the problem. John ordered the parts and installed the new motor and happy to say... It's now working.

My family and I are completely delighted with the service we received earlier today from Garth. Garth was better than on time, he was early! I received a call from him as well as text updates along the way. Garth was friendly and informative. He fixed our refrigerator promptly and was really thorough in his explanation as to what to expect next. This is several hours later and everything seems to be working fine.
