Service Tech was EXCELLENT
Huge shout out to John DiCaprio. His communication with me prior to the service visit set the stage for above and beyond! The repair was not easy but he took his time and was incredible. I will use Sears again because of HIM!

Wow!!! I never write reviews when I'm happy only when upset. The professionalism and the knowledge our technician had was above and beyond!!! I just saved close to $2200.00 (double washer) not buying a new washer. I rate this company 100+++++
