GREAT TECH
Jossy has a great sense of humor and went straight to work to solve my issue. He was very thorough, pointed some things to me that I was unaware of and going forward I will take his advice, and cleaned up when he was done. My suggestion to you, Sears this is a keeper Jossy is a keeper!

Dwight was wonderful. He explained exactly what was wrong with my Kenmoore and how to fix it. I had already looked it up on Youtube, so I knew what the problem was and why the water was leaking into the fridge. I do not have the proper tools to take the back of the freezer apart, nor do I have a steamer. He worked quickly, neatly, effectively and took care of the problem, right away. I highly recommend Dwight, as a very confident, knowledgeable, caring, respectful, kind person, who I trusted to do the right thing. Excellent service, with a smile! Thank you!

Couldn't be more happy with the service.
