Dryer repair
Explains to me that the dryer parts were no longer available and that's all I needed to hear. He was very thorough and he knew what he was doing.

Your appointment schedule people suck. I was home 3 times and no one came. Then today I said I needed him first appointment because I can't wait around all day anymore and they put me second on the list. They don't care about your customers. I will never buy an appliance from you again because of them.

No one likes having a broken appliance but at least having it fixed by a professional like Garth makes it less painful. I would ask for him every time if I could. That being said it was the third time we have had A&E come out and each time the work was been exemplary.

Jossy has a great sense of humor and went straight to work to solve my issue. He was very thorough, pointed some things to me that I was unaware of and going forward I will take his advice, and cleaned up when he was done. My suggestion to you, Sears this is a keeper Jossy is a keeper!
