Garth is very professional, curious, extremely polite and knowledgeable in his field. Thank you for sending this gentleman to repair a problem that was supposed to be fixed from another company. Garth DID NOT have to look at videos online to find or determine the issue. With Garth's knowledge and training he was able to assess the current issue, resolve the previous attempted repair and order the part needed for repair. When Garth returned to install the part. Garth even remembered our previous conversation. The installation took no time at all. I personally can NOT SAY Enough about this gentleman. I rare find in today's world!! Thank you again for exceptional workmanship & professionalism!!
