Delray was just fantastic. He was determined to fix the problem and went out of his way to do it. He was careful of our property and cleaned up before he left. Delray thought our motor/pump issue was going to be easy. However, the parts that were sent were broken. He took the time to find a replacement for us and went and put coed it up. He then came back. The part was working but the dishwasher still would not drain. He then took it all apart again to see what was happening. He checked the drain hose which was not clogged. He then got a long piece of plastic and went from the bottom of the pump up through the drain hose and found the clog. It took him awhile to get it loose. He tested it out and it drained. He fixed my difficult dishwasher. Most technicians would have given up and just told me that it could be repaired. Delray is a very knowledgeable and hard working individual. I would trust him 100% with any appliance and would take his word on fixing it. You are very lucky to have Delroy as your employee. More employees should be like Delroy. As I said he's not just knowledgeable but he is honest, hard working and very respectful of other peoples property. Thank you for sending him out to us. If I ever need something fixed I would ask for him again.
