Do not waste your time! Is scheduled repair and everything seems smooth until they do not show up and you wasted your time waiting for a technician that never arrived. Also there’s no real person scheduling nor any recourse to call to find any details. Another robocompany that just can’t get the basics of customer service right. I do not recommend it and would highly encourage you to seek another service provider.

Service went well refrigerator was fixed. But I finished feeling taken advantage of. Labor costs of over $400 for 60 minutes of work seems excessive. Also $130 for a $30 blower fan just didn’t sit right with me. If price is no issue and you want something done correctly on your schedule this would work. I was looking to not pay 1/3 the price of the refrigerator to replace a faulty fan.

These people are nothing more than scammers. I had two different technicians out to fix my icemaker which is only three years old. After charging me over $400 the icemaker still does not work and hasn't since this debacle started in late November. Because I didn't want to continue to deal with technicians in my house over the holidays I pushed the reschedule off until the first week of January and now they are telling me that they're 30 day call guarantee Is no longer warranted and they can't help. Even though they never fixed my problem to begin with. DO NOT do business with these people, they will rip you off!

TThe technician displayed a lack of competence. He mentioned that he had ordered a part and it would arrive on Friday, but in reality, he never placed the order. Furthermore, when he eventually called back to schedule my appointment, he seemed unsure of the tasks required and requested information about my AC unit, which he should have had from the start. I will not be utilizing Sears for any future AC repairs or services. Their communication is severely lacking, making it impossible to reach anyone. i’m still without AC at this moment.
