Sear came to my house to fix the refrigerator was told that i needed a new ice maker the cost was 513.00 dollars they needed to order part and part would be shipped to my house. Once the part arrived someone would come to install it. Well another tech from sears came to my house to install the part but this told me i didn't need a new ice maker i need to have a seal replace and that cost was around 100 dollars. my ice maker does work now but have call sears sent emails but no one have refunded me the difference. If you are waiting on refunded its been 2 months on mine and have not got a call back. Also the second tech new ice maker with him and told me i would get a refund on my card in about 2 weeks.

My technician said he would email my one year warranty and he has not done so!
