James was a pleasure to have in our home to work on our free standing range. James was friendly, courteous, and extremely knowledgeable. James provided excellent communication and explained everything in a detailed and easy to understand fashion. We would utilize A&E again because of their technicians (like James). We just wish A&E would provide a shorter ETA, which is currently anytime between 8am-5pm, a 9 hour window! We know of no others who have a 9 hour window. All others give a four hour window, i.e. 8-12 or 12-5. Thanks James!!

Paul came to our house to repair our washer. First he introduced himself and was immediately greeted by our dogs. Dogs can tell you a lot about a person. In this case they were not wrong. Paul is a good man and has a heart of gold. Paul had to order some parts which meant he had to reschedule and return. He just left and everything is working. Thanks for the great work, Paul.

Paul was very professional and explained everything that was being done today . He suggested a dryer cleaning brush that would help keep the dryer clean and help prevent damage to the machine . Very friendly and he had a great attitude . You can tell Paul enjoys his work.
