Dear Sears. My current Sears technician, Anthony, was excellent for the 3/5/26 refrigerator repair. However, The following statement was written last year for the previous Sears repair experience, which was horrible! 5/5/25 Extremely poor service response. Routine refrigerator repair was NOT completed for 35 days!!! Three appointments were canceled without prior notice on scheduled day of repairs -three times! REPAIR SCHEDULE "WINDOWS" WERE 10 HOURS (not the customary 2 or 4 hour windows). SEARS offers no customer service. Their telephone is answered by AI which only gives you the option to reschedule. Thus, NO opportunity to appeal poor service and better solutions.

Bradley was promot, professional and knowledgeable. My refrigerator now makes Ice again. The process was fine accept for initial call to the warranty co. Everything had to be done on line. There was never contact with a living breathing human. I guess this is the world we now live Iin.
