Sears sent 2 Technicians to fix my washer before Andrew came and both times, they didn't fix the leak! I had to go to the laundromat to wash clothes and I was very disappointed! However. when Andrew came, he was professional, knowledgeable and took time to take my washer appart and address multiple issues until he found the problem causing the leak and, he fixed it! He was confident that the leak was fixed and ran my washer to assure me that the leak was gone and he was correct. He fixed the problem. I'm very happy with Andrew's work and he should be noticed for his great work! If I have any issues with any appliances in the future, I want Sears to send Andrew!

Our technician Andrew came on time, and was able to repair our oven temperature problem quickly and efficiently. He was friendly and made sure to explain what he was doing. It was a nice contrast to the other techs who had worked on the oven.
