My wife and I woke up yesterday morning to find our 1st floor ac unit was not cooling. Hop online to my home warranty company 2-3 hours later Sears answered to come out on 8/20/25. I rescheduled for today, Tanner showed up, a gentle giant, he was very nice and professional. Keep up the good work, Tanner!

The technician (Eric) was very polite, knowledgeable and professional! He fixed our microwave and made sure it was working before he left. It was huge and heavy and installed on the wall, but he managed to take it down and put it back up by himself! I'd definitely request him for any future services! Update: same technician came to fix our oven. He did not order all of the parts because it would have "gone over" the allowed $ amount. Then he chose not to return to finish the job. So when the new technician (Paul) came, he had to order the right parts and he gladly jumped through whatever hoops were necessary to get the parts I needed. Of course, this whole process added another two weeks to the time I was without an oven. Not Paul's fault. Paul came today and installed the new parts. He was very knowledgeable and professional. Thank you Paul for your honesty and hard work.
