Mike repair my dry in a timely manner. He was very professional. The service was excellent and he was able to look at my wash machine. The price of the service was reasonable. Get the Sear warranty it will also help cut the cost down,

Very knowledgeable and professional Carter went above and beyond, implementing great customer service skills very knowledgeable detailed and informative to the needs and care of my washer and dryer One thing the company should ask i your appliance are covered by warranty as mine are but was not honored i have Assurant protection through American Frieght it does not expire until 11/2028.I need a receipt showing i paid $50 for each appliance to submit to assurant for reimbursement the recipe i had shows what was charged but not what I paid,that needs to show on the receipt for Assurant to reimburse me.I should not have been charged per Assurant when I corresponded with them. I hope your company will send me a acceptable receipt and contact Assurant to resolve this issue and prevent this issue from reoccurring with me and all warranty covered products. Thank you for your cooperation.
