The technician arrived well within the window given and called when he was on his way. As for the sears repair system it was quite troublesome. There was a very long delay due to parts order confusion. 2 parts were ordered in November. Notice sent to me that there was a back order delay. Received one part within 2 weeks. As for 2nd part I kept receiving emails that it was on back order. Fast forward to present. Called on 1/9 regarding the 2nd part. After calling numerous numbers until reaching a person I’m told it was cancelled Dec 27 but I wasn’t notified that the part I was waiting for was a duplicate and not needed. If I hadn’t called I would still be waiting for a part that wasn’t coming. But back to the tech, he installed the needed part and repaired my dishwasher in no time and was very professional and pleasant
