I was charged $100.00 in advance for a technician to clean the oven thermostat and not replace it. This is totally unacceptable 😤 especially when they requested the model number several times to have the correct part on hand for replacement.

We are having horrible service - they are a secondary service provider for our Assurant policy. A service technician has attempted to repair our dishwasher three times and each time they need additional parts. Now, twice, we have had a scheduled appointment cancelled the same day. The next available date is always 4 weeks later. This is very poor customer service and negatively impacting us.

Called 5 minutes before showing up, The tech was rude.He found a Crack in interior side wall of the freezer section ,told me it was not covered by the warranty demanded the parts that had shipped in without a previous visit to diagnose the problem. I would rate the at zero stars. Never buy a Frigidaire Product again or extended warranty from Lowes. The unit was 2 years and 7 months old .

He was a sweet man but cleaned ac told me not to hit reset but that is the only way it will turn on. It is still not working. Sears has since given us 5 different appointments to fix and they were all five no shows

Worst service ever. They never show up to appt on time. Customer service will not give you the right information and will not help you. My central air broke in the middle of a heat wave and no one show up after my warranty company called and schedule them. The next was my washer and no one showed up. I got a call 12 days after the schedule date to tell me someone is on the way.
