Mike and his co-worker (sorry I don't remember your name) were awesome! Very helpful, knowledgeable and saved me hundreds just from fixing a minor issue with my dryer. If you ever need an appliance fixed, call them!

Sears sent 2 Technicians to fix my washer before Andrew came and both times, they didn't fix the leak! I had to go to the laundromat to wash clothes and I was very disappointed! However. when Andrew came, he was professional, knowledgeable and took time to take my washer appart and address multiple issues until he found the problem causing the leak and, he fixed it! He was confident that the leak was fixed and ran my washer to assure me that the leak was gone and he was correct. He fixed the problem. I'm very happy with Andrew's work and he should be noticed for his great work! If I have any issues with any appliances in the future, I want Sears to send Andrew!
