I had a very difficult problem with my washing machine that required a workaround that GE made to the computer board and the electrical ground connection due to a design flaw in some units. Jason and his helper, Carter, installed the new parts. In order to do this, they had to take my washing machine off the top rack and take the machine apart. I have never before been able to run the sanitize function on my washing machine and, now, for the first time in four years, I can! Thank you so much, Jason, (and Carter) for your wonderful service. This was a difficult job mechanically and physically. Jason and Carter chose to step up and help me. I really appreciate them both! Thank you, guys!

Drew was the only reason for the 5-star rating. The company has no one to talk to other than Samantha the AI assistant. The AI assistant didn’t understand I had to take (4) full days off between no show techs and miss diagnosed repairs. Then by chance I was home when Drew showed, when the company never made me aware of the rescheduled date. I’m so glad Drew showed and finally fixed the washing machine. Our washer was repaired by Drew, he was professional, knew exactly what parts were needed. He repaired it in a timely fashion.
