Joe the service technician was very professional and clean in his work. Your service however, is among the worst I have ever encountered. It literally took months from original contact to actual repair, including cancellations on your part. I will not be renewing my contract with Sears. Please forward information for earliest termination of my contract.

I was given a date and time and the technician showed up on time, diagnosed the problem and ordered the part for our dryer. He came back a week later and installed within 30 minutes. Dryer is fixed!! Thank you Sears.

My wife and I woke up yesterday morning to find our 1st floor ac unit was not cooling. Hop online to my home warranty company 2-3 hours later Sears answered to come out on 8/20/25. I rescheduled for today, Tanner showed up, a gentle giant, he was very nice and professional. Keep up the good work, Tanner!
