Erik was a 5 Star technician. He explained each part that was ordered and why. Once he completed replacing those parts, he found an additional problem which needed insurance approval. Erik personally called me today with the insurance company's response to the additional said problem and rectified all issues. Erik is a professional as well as knowledgeable technician whom is an asset to Sears Appliance Repair.

The technician was very friendly and helpful. I wasn’t made aware of the total cost of the service until I saw an email. It would be nice if the technician notified us of the cost of the visit.
