Tony, was great, even though he had to wait on me for a few minutes. He came in and went straight to work. He figured out this issue in less than 10 minutes. the 5 stars is for tech SEARS customer service is the worst in the world. They design the service so you have keep coming back they don't understand english and are VERY hard to understand. They claim they are limited in computer info input. As with all customer service these days its ALL BAD go with a mom and pop service.
