Eric arrived as promisef and replaced the defectivr part. Thr machine is functioning properly. Thanks. I give 4 stars because of the scheduling problems and part arrival confusion which resulted in significant inconvenience. But it's working properly and thanks to all of you!

There needs to be better communication between the office and the service folks. I called office to let them know the parts that were ordered were here and yet when the technician came the first thing, he asked was are the parts here. Better communication is needed and an easier way to contact a person without going through so many unnecessary prompts.
