Everything went well until they cancel my follow up at 6:46am on the scheduled day because they said we didn’t get the parts . We DID get the parts and they were sitting on the dryer . Big hassle begging them to come which they said they would and then cancelled THAT Appointment due to “staffing “ issues . Finally got him back on a Saturday “ between 7am and 6pm” . Another day of waiting . Oh yeah , we ended up with 3 belts ( $89 each ) and got a refund on one . One star ⭐️

The technician who worked on our clothes washer was exceptionally professional and respectful. But your AI system had me waiting over 11hours without letting me or my wife know if they would come to repair my washer. We are seniors who feel disrespected and pushed aside and forgotten. I lost a $400.00 consultation fee with a client because I waited with my handicapped wife for the technician. We live on a fixed income. We are still upset about this experience. We have always purchased Sears products because of its integrity and long history of customer service. I wanted to purchase the home repair service, but after this experience I have second thoughts. I attended to voice my disappointment to others.

The technician was out twice. First time had to order a part. Second time, replaced the part and I still have the EXACT same issue.

First appt was right on time, second appt between 8-5 was an no show no call, wasted the entire day waiting for nothing. Took off work. Finally 2 days later end of day, it was fixed. You can't talk to a live person, its very frustrating trying to communicate with a computer. Bad customer service. My technician was great, very efficient both visits. The company sucks. I'll give it a 1 star, bc of the technician who did a great job!!!

Took off work and sat around all day for a tech to show up. Nobody ever called me to give a status update. You cannot call into them because everything is automated…highly disappointed I missed a day of work and my fridge still leaks. Had to go with different company for better communication.

Technician was nice but I still have the same problem. The washer still does not spin and is showing error code U5. I can not reach a human and the bot is not helpful.

Eric gave me the wrong information. My dryer is working just by changing the plug and he said that I had to change my circuit breaker from 120 to 240 which was already 240. He took my money for nothing and he gave me the wrong information.

The dishwasher still leaking. It’s not fixed yet and the technician person said when he left there was no more leaking. And now im running my dishwasher and is still leaking a lot of water.
