Never received call from technician selling home he would need code to enter the home tried texting code but again no response when I called your service was informed it was virtual and no human representative was available saw on AHS that it had been closed as if repaired?

Tanner was in a rush and did not listen to the customer on the first trip a was very rude when he returned. He had no customer service mentality. I needs to take a class on not only listening but also being respectful and understanding when talking to a customer. In future I will not be using your services if the rest of your technicians are lik him.

My technician came in got right to work was very kind very friendly and professional. He knew exactly what to do and got the job done..he asked me to wait 24 hours my refrigerator would be working.. it’s 3 weeks later I’m still waiting..

The technician was very nice , but the washer still doesn't work. When I went to use it the spin light was already on and it won't go off. It won't fill up, it just wants to spin.

Technician called me to cancel appointment after waiting for 3 weeks for service to repair my fridge. Had to take off from work so I could sit home and wait for service only to get a call that he couldn't make it. Tried to reschedule and was told that I had to wait another 3 weeks. The Technician reported that I was not home and that was his reason for not providing service. This company is terrible.

After multiple attempts to schedule a refrigerator repair, I was finally able to get someone scheduled to come, but they never did. Sears customer service is absolutely horrendous! There is never an opportunity to speak to a person.

No one came to my house to fix our refrigerator. I had to use the horrendous app multiple times to finally get a person scheduled but he never came. This is totally unacceptable. Terrible customer service by Sears. Never an opportunity to talk to a human! This is the response from the technician: Technician Comments Ticket keeps getting written up for wrong appliance. Customer has tried several times to rectify to no avail. Ticket needs to be written up as a refrigerator!!!!

This is the worst I ever seen. Sears has fell off extremely bad from back in the days they are living off their name but business is so so Bad nobody knows what they’re doing the left hand. Don’t know what the right hand is doing. They relying on a computer from AI to run appointments and nobody knows what this machine is doing or sending to them. Inconveniencing all their customers having them sit in the house from 7 to 6 PM then they call them at 3 PM to cancel. I’ve done that twice already a total of 16 hours sitting in the house waiting for AI machine to let me know what’s going on the worst needs to call it quits.
