Jermaine called me from the road to confirm his arrival time. Repaired some clogged drain lines and replaced the fan motor. He regularly informed me of the problems and costs and showed me all the repairs being made. Jermaine was knowledgeable and personable throughout the entire process. Very professional and courteous!
