Dan did an outstanding job servicing my poorly running snow thrower. He was very throuough and explained everything he was doing and why. He turned my 8 yr old poorly working machine to almost "like new" status. He shared with me addition parts info I could obtain inexpensively . Finally he arrived as scheduled and was very professional the entire service call.
