Dryer sounding like a locomotive! Scheduled a service appt online, fast and easy on the app. Tech arrived on time, polite and professional. Found the problem quickly and resolved just as quickly for a reasonable price. Have had appliance repair service from Sears Services many times, always a positive experience, don’t need to ever call anyone else!

Jacob was courteous, competent and caring. He was able to quickly and accurately assess the problem we were having with our clothes washer, identify the root cause and repair the issue so we will not have to endure any additional delays or stresses related to this situation again.
