Highly recommend! Our washing machine stopped working the day before Christmas. I waited until two days after Christmas to try and find a repair service. I saw Sears Appliance Repair had great reviews and I could schedule online. Three hours later I had a repairman at my house! He was kind and very courteous. He explained that since my machine was 15 years old the necessary parts were no longer available but he was able to get it working for a few more days while we looked for a new machine. Well worth the $99 diagnostic fee. I will absolutely use them again in the future.
