The repairman, Steve L, was excellent!

The Sears technician, Jacob, was able to quickly diagnose the issue after opening up the washer, as well as fix it. It took him less than an hour to bring the washer back to good working order. Very satisfied with the experience!

Phil’s longtime experience allows him to diagnose the problem the first time. When he returned, the parts were already waiting for him, he installed them with surgical. Efficiency answered my questions, even swept behind the fridge for me. I would recommend this company to anyone who needs an appliance repair.
