Repairman and service was great. He listened to us explain the problem . He worked quickly to locate the source of the problem and promptly fixed it. He was also extremely polite.

I love ED my tech He’s great. However, the company he works for is HORRIBLE!!! Already had four or five compressors replaced into my fridge amongst other things that have broke! The compressor they send me every time mine breaks, is an LG compressor and it has a defect!! Sears knows it’s gonna break within 3 to 6 to 8 month's!! They Charge me $100 everytime I call when the compressor breaks knowing they’re sending me a defected compressor!! Customer Service is a joke. They don’t answer my questions. Sears Warranty has gone down the tubes! I will never buy this warranty again!!
