Robenson was more than helpful today and a pleasure to work with. He was able to replace my ice machine quickly, educated me on what the issue was and how to prevent it in the future and even went above and beyond by giving me the opportunity to clean the bottom of my freezer before he reassembled it. I’m never let down by Sears Appliance Repair.
