Jacob the repair man with Sears is a good repair technician. He was able to fix our dryer problem quickly. Very nice to do business with explained the issue and what the total price would be. Hopefully another 11 years drying our clothes 😮🤷♂️

I was ready to cancel my SEARS warranty after several disappointments and scheduling setbacks. Scott came out and was on par in resolving the issue. Hats off to him. I’ll continue with Sears solely because of the service Scott provided!!!
