Great guy very knowledgeable

Although I waited for 2 days, after numerous delays from one to day to the next and from a morning 9:30 am appt to 4:00 pm on the second day, the tech fixed my fridge and left it as good as new. Because of the unplanned delays, I had a previous engagement and left a friend in my home with the tech. Unfortunately, he did not leave me any details of what was wrong with my appliance, only what he told my friend. I know he had several other stops after mine and so he was probably in a hurry. BTW, I had to call and yell at the central scheduling person about my appointment, as it was nearing the second day of waiting. Had I not done so, I would still be waiting for another few days.
